At Kingsley Village Pharmacy we recognise that the elderly, those with chronic illness, those with a disability, those who don't drive and many other people may find it difficult to regularly access their local pharmacy when they need to.

That’s why we offer a delivery service.
We can come to you!

The following Conditions apply to our delivery service:

• The Delivery Service is offered on WEEKDAYS only, with the EXCEPTION of public holidays. Requests received on weekends or public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
  
  
• Requests for delivery must be received before 11.00am on the day the delivery is required. Deliveries are then performed in the afternoon once all requests have been received. If we receive your request after 11.00am we cannot guarantee delivery on that day and your items may not be delivered until the next working day. Urgent cases will be taken into consideration.
  
  
• Medication and healthcare deliveries will take precedence over non health related items such as cosmetics.
  
  
• Delivery is restricted to Kingsley, Woodvale and surrounding suburbs within an 8km radius of Kingsley Village Pharmacy. This helps us focus on providing consistent quality service to the local community.

However, just because your medications may be delivered to you does not mean that you won’t get the same healthcare advice as you would in person. Important medication instructions will be relayed to you either by printed Consumer Medicine Information, or by the assistant making delivery relaying information from the pharmacist. If there is critical information to be given, the pharmacist may telephone you to discuss your medication with you.

There is no extra charge for delivery on top of the cost of the items.
